Setting Up Your Outlook Express E-mail Client

1. Open Outlook Express
2. Click Tools  
3. Click Accounts  
4. Click the Mail tab
5. Click New  
6. Click Mail  
7. The next set of screens will walk you through collecting information about yourself and information about your Internet Service Provider. The first screen will ask for your Display name. Enter in your name as you normally would then Click Next  
8. Put the dot in the option that reads "I already have an email account that I would like to use" and then enter your email address in the space provided.  Click Next  
9. The next screen asks for the server type, this will be set to POP3. It also asks for the incoming mail and the outgoing mail server enter the information below depending on the type of client you are.

    

   	DSL	150 hour Dial-Up	Unlimited Dial-Up
   POP3 Server	sundotcom.net	mail.sundotmail.com	mail.sdcomm.net
   SMTP Server	sundotcom.net	mail.sundotmail.com	mail.sdcomm.net
   Login Name Format	your user name	username@sundotmail.com	username@sdcomm.net

    Click Next  

10. The next screen will ask for the Account name and password. Enter your account name information in the format as in the table above. Once you have this information entered, click Next.
11. Click Finish.
